About me
I am an independent management consultant with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), risk management, and regulatory matters across industries, with particular expertise in the financial sector and technology-driven organizations.
I support organizations in establishing and enhancing risk management and governance frameworks, implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, EU AI Act), and successfully delivering complex transformation, IT, digitalization, and innovation initiatives.
Prior to my consulting career, I was a member of the Management Board of the corporate bank Banco do Brasil (EU subsidiary), with responsibility for Risk, Finance, IT, and strategic agendas, and co-founder and managing director of a financial software start-up (fintech).
My background combines board-level leadership with deep expertise in risk management, regulation, governance, IT, and complex transformation and innovation projects.
